Previous Years

Our meetings follow the same format and include:
- Opportunity for public question time
- Planning Applications to be considered
- Correspondence and financial matters
- We will also talk about our current projects
Our meetings and our Council is governed by Standing Orders and Financial Regulations which we have adopted to help us with the governance of our Council and to comply with the law.
Members of the public are very welcome to attend Parish Council meetings, but may not take part in the debate. However, at the start of the main meeting there is a time set aside for members of the public to make any comments on items on the agenda.
If members of the public have other matters that they would like to bring to the attention of Councillors they are welcome to do so at the end of the meeting if it is possible to do so, or via the Clerk. Members of the public introducing new subjects may have to wait until the following meeting before the Council is able to debate the matter.
It is also possible for members of the public to make comments related to planning matters before the meeting starts. However, in this case, you are asked to inform the Clerk or Chairman that you wish to do so.
